The first recipe, Oleolox-fat, is an important one because it’s used in place of butter or margarine and is also used in many of the other recipes in this book. You should never heat the Oleolox because heat changes the molecular structure of the healthy fats turning them into harmful fats.

Her advice was to avoid harmful fats and chemical preservatives in food, and instead to stick as closely as possible to nature when choosing fats, fruits, vegetables, and cereals.  When viewed objectively, this advice should help even seriously ill cancer patients regain their health.
